Revay Masonry Inc. has finalized as of August 2009 with Standard Pacific Homes at the Lake and Walnut project in Pasadena, which consists of 180 condominium units with three stories of parking underground. Our masonry contract is valued at $1,133,960.00.
One of our projects just completed is a private school in Culver City which is called the Le Lycee Francois de Los Angeles. This project consists of 48,000 blocks on two floors of parking. The general contractor is Westcal Construction. The masonry contract is valued at $484,000.00
We completed after 2½ years the Temple Lofts Condominiums project with West Builders Construction in Long Beach, California. This renovation project consisted of three 5 story buildings with approximately seventy-five thousand used bricks and 58,700 CMU blocks for stair shafts and underground parking areas. The masonry contract is valued at $797,000. As of August 2009, we are working on a project with West Builders Construction called the Sunset & Vine Tower in L.A. The project is valued at $150,000.00.
As of September 2011 Revay Masonry Inc. has expanded & opened REVAY CONSTRUCTORS.
